Rental Terms
Minimum Rental Period:
3 days in Spring & Fall
7 days from mid-June thru end of August
Surcharges
peak weeks (end of June thru 3rd week of August) and holiday weekends
extra guests (overnight or day)

Rates include
weekly cleaning
estate's non-power boats
high-speed wireless internet
linens & so much more
Rates exclude Maine Rental Tax, which is currently 9%
Reservation Deposit is half of total &is non-refundable
Balance is Due 120 days before rental period start & is non-refundable
Security Deposit is Due 15 days before rental period start & is fully refundable less damage
No Smoking. No Pets.
No Weddings that exceed roughly 50 persons; full property rental required plus event surcharge
