Nawandyn Estate has 2 sandy beaches, part of a small sland and 1,100 feet of waterfront along the Eastern shore of Highland Lake in Bridgton, Maine. This lake covers 1,334 acres and abuts 16 miles of shoreline. Fish are plentiful, including small and large-mouth bass, brown trout and perch.

Guests have complimentary use of 4 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, a large rowboat, many foam float mattresses, sandcastle building tools, fishing poles, beach towels as well as many beach chairs, a propane BBQ and picnic table. A 40-foot pier is available for mooring the power boats and sailboats that guests bring or rent locally.
